I Am Ireland – song cycle

Settings of eight poems written by 20th –century Irish poets for soprano or harp. Moods are varied: humorous, nostalgic, tender, sorrowful and love songs. Some of these songs were sung by Manhattanville College seniors at a concert celebrating my retirement from the college, a special moment for me in February, 2012.
